UPDATE: First poll voting will be this weekend (April 11th-13th).  

There were concerns about anyone being able to vote for this, such as tennis players themselves.  SurveyMonkey has a few data collection options, one being e-mail links, another being web links.  When I send out the first survey, it will only be accessible via links in the e-mail.  There will be no public web links that anyone can click on.   Also, that e-mail link will only let you vote once.

There might be a couple kinks to work out as we get this launched, so we appreciate your patience.

Weekly Poll coming soon

We are hoping for a launch date of April 19th or 20th for a weekly poll of the Top Ten Iowa Class 2A Boys Tennis teams.  This is intended to help drive interest in high school tennis and give context for tennis meets to casual fans.   Please e-mail iowatenniscoaches@gmail.com if you are interested in becoming a voter

It will be similar to other polls where points, first place votes, and others receiving votes will be disclosed, as well as last week's position.  Each coach's individual ballot will not be made public.

Another goal is to have a good cross-section of coaches to reduce regional and conference biases.  Please help spread the word to any other coaches who might want to participate.
